Back pain leads to neck pain – which can lead to leg and arm pain… and even hand and foot pain. It's all connected, and you may not even realize it.

And a drive that lasts longer than a few minutes may seem next to impossible when you have a car seat causing lower back pain. This doesn't mean "car seat" in the sense that a baby's on board, but becoming a parent often leads to the need for pain relief after pregnancy in other ways, too.

But there are ways you can help yourself, as well as make it through that next big road trip you and your family already have planned.
